Draft. These terms describe how P0 works today and are being reviewed by counsel. They may change before they are final.

P0 gets real-world tasks done for you. You tell us what you need. We plan it, show you a price, and once you approve it, a person goes and does it, we book a service such as a ride, or we handle it online. These terms apply when you use the P0 app or website.
During our pilot, work done in person is priced on the task alone:
| Part of the task | Price |
|---|---|
| Time on the task | $0.25 a minute, estimated when the task is planned |
| The errand's route (pickup to drop-off) | $0.50 a mile, straight-line distance |
| A step done online | $2.00 |
| Our review of the finished work | Included, no charge |
| Things bought or booked for you | What they actually cost, up to the limit you approved, with no markup |
There is no base fare, no minimum, no service fee and no tip. The quote you approve is the price; these rates are how it is worked out. We may change the rates for future tasks. A task you have already approved keeps its price.
You save a card once, through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. After that, your card is charged when each part of the task happens, not all at once:
Some steps are done by booking another company's service, such as a ride, a restaurant order or a table. That company's terms also apply to what it provides. With your permission, we share your name and phone number with that company so it can reach you. If the company charges a cancellation or no-show fee, that fee is part of what the booking cost.
You can cancel a task from the app at any point until the work is finished. What you pay, if anything, is set out in Refunds & cancellation.
We will not take on anything illegal, dangerous, or meant to harm or harass someone. That includes buying or carrying weapons, or drugs without a valid prescription, and getting into a place or account you are not allowed to access. We may turn down or stop any task, and if we do, you are refunded for anything not done. Be honest with us and with the people doing the work, and treat them with respect.
Work done in person is done by people P0 arranges. They see what they need for their part: where to go, what to do, and your instructions. Sensitive details you give us, such as door codes and ID numbers, are hidden from them once their part is finished.
For counsel: wording about the relationship between P0 and the people who do the work has been left out on purpose, pending the classification review.
We work to get every task done as asked, but some things depend on other people: a shop that is closed or out of stock, traffic, a provider that cancels. When that happens, we tell you and ask what you want to do, rather than give up on our own.
For counsel: limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnity and dispute resolution to be drafted.
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Material changes apply only to tasks approved after the change.
